The Institute for Safety Coaching & Leadership (ISCL) was founded by Dr. Megan Tranter to support individuals, leaders, and organizations in building safer, stronger workplace cultures through leadership.

OUR STORY

With extensive experience working across global and national organizations, Megan has supported businesses including Amazon, PepsiCo and Netflix, and a range of high-risk and complex industries. Her work has focused on strengthening leadership capability, improving safety culture, and helping organizations move beyond compliance toward meaningful, human-centered leadership.

With multiple safety certifications and an MBA in Human Factors, he now works as an international performance coach, supporting leadership development and cultural transformation programs globally through his work with ISCL.
